LOCAL RULE 2: Definition
of Terms.
Director: The person identified by a sponsoring Community to serve on the governing board of the NSYBA and as that
Community's contact person.
Disciplinary Committee: The Disciplinary Committee is made up of one director from each of the Communities sponsoring a team or teams in the NSYBA. If the director listed by the Community is unable to participate in any proceeding, his/her designee may participate. Only one vote for each Community sponsoring a team or teams shall be permitted in any proceeding.
Enclosed Park Area: The area defined by imaginary lines extending from the bench-protecting fences along the first and third base lines parallel to the outfield foul lines.
Protest Committee: The Protest Committee is made up of one director from each of the Communities sponsoring a team or teams in the NSYBA. If the director listed by the Community is unable to participate in any proceeding, his/her designee may participate. Only one vote for each Community sponsoring a team or teams shall be permitted in any proceeding, subject to further Rules.
