Reporting Scores and Other Information; Game Cards

10A

At the conclusion of each game, the manager of the winning team shall complete a game card, obtain the approval and signatures of an umpire and a coach from the opposing team, and turn the game card in to the Association Commissioner within 48 hours of the game conclusion. In case of a tie game, the manager of the home team shall complete and turn in the card. The Association Commissioner or his designee shall maintain the completed game cards and shall make them available upon request. All cards shall be signed by both managers and the umpire. Failure to comply with this rule shall result in the forfeiture of the game. 

10B

No later than 1:00 p.m. on the day following a game which is completed, terminated for any reason, or suspended, the manager of the winning team, or in all other cases, the manager of the home team, shall provide to the Association Commissioner or his designate, on a form or format established by the Commissioner, by hand delivery, e-mail, fax, or other similar method, the following information, at a minimum: date of game, opponents, scores, pitching data (with pitchers used designated by last name and first name and innings pitched) and the date to which a suspended game is continued, if known. Failure to comply with these rules results in forfeiture of the game.

10C The intent of Rules 10A and 10B is to have proper enforcement of the pitching rules.
