DIRECTIONS
FROM SKOKIE OR EVANSTON: Get to Touhy Avenue. Go west on Touhy to Caldwell Avenue. Turn southeast (left) on Caldwell to McAlpin Avenue. Turn east (left) on McAlpin. Go about 1-1/2 blocks to Leoti (not on map, but if you see Melvina Avenue, you've gone too far east). Turn south (right) on Leoti. Diamond is about half a block south of McAlpin on Leoti. CAUTION: As the season progresses, Touhy Avenue between Niles Center Road and Caldwell Avenue will have road construction. This will turn an already congested traffic situation into a nightmare. You may be better off following the directions from Lincolnwood. FROM
LINCOLNWOOD:
Get to Devon Avenue. Take Devon
west to Caldwell. Turn northwest (right) on Caldwell. Take Caldwell to
McAlpin Avenue. Turn east (right) on McAlpin. Go about 1-1/2 blocks to
Leoti (not on map, but if you see Melvina Avenue, you've gone too far
east). Turn south (right) on Leoti. Diamond is about half a block south of
McAlpin on Leoti. FROM
GOLF-MAINE:
Take your favorite route to Touhy and Caldwell Avenues. (Waukegan
Road runs into Caldwell just south of Dempster.) Turn
southeast on Caldwell. Take Caldwell to McAlpin Avenue. Turn east (left)
on McAlpin. Go about 1-1/2 blocks to Leoti (not on map, but if you see
Melvina Avenue, you've gone too far east). Turn south (right) on Leoti.
Diamond is about half a block south of McAlpin on Leoti. NOTE: If the directions are unclear or wrong, the scorekeeper would like to know. Please email the webmaster. |
