Pony League Scoring Form
Designed especially for pony league games with roster batting
and spaces for positions played inning-by-inning,
this scoring form is ideal for coaches and fans!

Three Team Baseball
Rules (such as they are) and scoring form.
(The very best thing to do if you don't have enough players!)

Lineup Cards
Two-on-a-page.
Managers and scorekeepers: are you tired of those little bitty lineup cards
that came with your scorebooks? Can't find them? Use these lineup
cards instead! Two-on-a-page, they're big enough for the largest scrawl.

Game Card Form
Two-on-a-page.
Winning managers: please use this game card form.
Mail the filled out form to your league commissioner or the webmaster.

Visit our website!
Four-on-a-page handbill.
Print out a bunch of these, cut them in quarters and hand them out!
Tell relatives, fans and friends where to find your team's schedule!
Managers: get your players and their parents to check the website
and really cut down on all those phone calls!

NSYBA Waiver form
VERY IMPORTANT
This waiver of liability from each player,
signed by both player and parent(s),
must be on file with the association commissioner.

NSYBA Team Roster
VERY IMPORTANT
Each team manager must file this form
with the association commissioner.

Spring 2003 NSYBA Player Availability Calendar
VERY IMPORTANT
Parents and players: please print out and fill in this planner.
Your team's manager needs to know before the season starts
what days you will be unavailable to play.

ADOBE ACROBAT READER

PLEASE NOTE: Nearly all of the printable pages on the NSYBA website are in Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF format. The printable pages are in version 3 format. Any later version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, including the current one, will work just fine.

If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, please click the link above or below to download it.

The Acrobat Reader program is totally free, and the download doesn't take very long, even over a dial-up internet connection. It runs on almost every operating system, including Mac OX. Adobe does not  have any spy-ware or other sorts of grunge-ware programs attached to the download.

Once you've installed Acrobat Reader on your computer, it's amazingly easy to use. When you click on a link to a PDF file, Acrobat Reader automatically loads itself and displays the file so you can view it or print it out.

HINT: Adobe Acrobat Reader plays it conservative with a lot of printers and tries to print with one-inch borders. Uncheck the "Shrink oversized pages to paper size" box on the right side of the printer dialog box to fix the "tiny print with big margins" problem.
